OFFICE FURNITURE

Background:

Our client requested help in sourcing height adjustable ergonomic swivel chairs. The customer relied on our expertise and knowledge because they were unable to make a site visit. 

Sourcing Process:

We first approached a gaggle of suppliers and narrowed our selection to a few who could meet our customers' demands. We requested samples and forwarded photos of said sample while providing information on quality to the customer. We recommended an initial small shipment for the customer  to evaluate the chair. After confirmed satisfaction, we made a larger order from the supplier. 

Result: 

Goods were transported to Curitiba, Brazil.
